Parent–Teacher Interaction

Active cooperation between parents and teachers is essential for a child's academic and personal growth. To maintain a healthy and effective partnership, parents are requested to follow the guidelines below:

  1. Parental cooperation and goodwill are vital in providing the best educational opportunities for students. The school values parental involvement in various activities.
  2. Parents are encouraged to offer constructive and positive suggestions to help improve academic standards.
  3. Parents should not attempt to meet teachers during class hours.
  4. Criticism of teachers in the presence of students should be strictly avoided. Any genuine concerns or complaints should be reported to the Principal without delay.
  5. Parents are responsible for encouraging modest, decent, and appropriate dressing habits in their children, in line with accepted social etiquette.
  6. Attending PTA meetings and other important school functions is both a duty and a service parents owe to their children.
  7. Parents should check the school diary daily for school communications and homework, or alternatively refer to mobile messages sent by the school.
  8. Any requests, feedback, or complaints should be submitted in writing at the school office or online, addressed to the Principal.
  9. Parents are requested to confirm the timings of any special classes, if applicable, with the concerned teachers.
  10. Parents who are willing to volunteer for school activities are encouraged to register their names along with their areas of interest and available time at the school office.
